Alchemist received two stars in the Michelin Guide less than a year after opening its current Refshaleøen location — and has held them every year since.

Alchemist entered the top 10 of The World's 50 Best Restaurants, ranking 8th.

World's Best Chef
Rasmus Munk was named Best Chef in the World at The Best Chef Awards in both years — only the third chef ever to win the title more than once.

Alchemist rose to 5th place on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list.

The restaurant's front-of-house team was singled out with Michelin's Service Award for Denmark.

Falstaff Restaurant & Chef of the Year
Alchemist was named Restaurant of the Year for the second year running, with Rasmus Munk taking Chef of the Year, at the Falstaff Nordics Awards in Malmö.

UN World Food Programme Goodwill Ambassador
Rasmus Munk was appointed the WFP's first-ever Goodwill Ambassador from the Nordic region, extending his food-and-impact work onto a global stage.
